Destrem is a lightweight client for Real-Debrid that lets you view and stream your downloaded torrent library. It connects directly to Real-Debrid via local APIs, keeping your data secure and loading instantly.
First, install the player (like VLC, IINA, Outplayer, or Infuse) on your device. Go to Settings in Destrem, select your Preferred Player, and then click the Play button on any video. Selecting VLC will open the stream directly in the external app.
Standard web browsers only support limited audio and video formats. If a video is encoded in HEVC/H.265, or contains surround audio (AC3/DTS/TrueHD), the browser won't be able to play it natively. In these cases, clicking Copy Link and playing it in an app like VLC is recommended.
When you click the download button on Safari for iOS (iPhone/iPad), it downloads the file to your system. To find it:
Destrem filters your Real-Debrid library to strictly show Downloaded (completed) torrents. If your torrent is still active, downloading, or seeding on Real-Debrid, it will not appear in the library list until it reaches 100% completion.
If you play the video natively in the browser player, tap the native cast button or AirPlay icon in the video control overlay to stream the playback directly to your TV or smart display.
On Chrome/Edge/Android: Click the "Install" button on the banner at the bottom of the screen. On iOS/Safari: Tap the "..." button, select Share, choose View More, and select Add to Home Screen.
Yes. Your credentials and access tokens are stored securely in your browser's local storage and only sent directly to Real-Debrid. No third-party servers store or process your credentials.
